That team covers the full breadth of what we do: managed IT support, Microsoft 365 and Azure, cyber security including managed firewall, EDR and XDR, backup and disaster recovery, Azure cost optimisation, AI adoption, and application packaging and legacy modernisation, with 24/7 service desk cover available. We are a Microsoft partner, with team certifications kept current across Azure, Microsoft 365 and security, and we are working towards ISO 42001, the standard for AI management systems. Ryan Mangan
Systech was founded by Ryan Mangan, a Microsoft MVP and Chartered Fellow of the British Computer Society with nearly two decades in end-user computing, cloud and modern application delivery. He sets the team's technical direction and trains IT professionals around the world on the platforms we deliver, so the advice our engineers give is grounded in how those platforms are actually built and supported.
Ryan also advises technology vendors and enterprise IT teams on their cloud, workspace and AI strategies, and that senior-level thinking reaches every Systech engagement, whatever your size.
