Systech IT Solutions Ltd has zero tolerance for modern slavery, including slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking. We expect people working for us and suppliers acting on our behalf to respect the rights and dignity of workers.
Our standards
Work must be freely chosen, lawful and fairly treated. We do not accept threats, coercion, deception, debt bondage, trafficking or exploitation. We will not charge workers recruitment fees or withhold identity documents as a condition of work.
Recruitment and employment must follow applicable law, verify the right to work where required, explain terms clearly and provide a safe route to raise concerns. We expect respectful treatment and prohibit retaliation against a person who raises a concern in good faith.
Suppliers and business relationships
We expect suppliers and labour providers to meet applicable employment and human-rights requirements and to prevent forced labour and trafficking in the services they provide to Systech. We will use proportionate, risk-based supplier checks and contract terms that support these expectations.
Checks may ask about recruitment, worker treatment, subcontracting and how concerns or harm are corrected, in a way proportionate to the supplier and the work.
Where a concern arises, we will assess the facts, protect affected people where appropriate, and work with the relevant parties on corrective action and remedy. We may suspend work or end a relationship if serious concerns are not resolved or cooperation is inadequate.
Responsibilities and reporting
Company Directors are responsible for this policy and for ensuring that concerns receive appropriate attention. Managers must raise relevant concerns and support proportionate checks. Staff and contractors must follow this policy and report suspected exploitation connected with Systech or its suppliers.
A worker, supplier or other person may raise a concern through their usual Systech contact, email hello@systechitsolutions.co.uk or call +44 (0)1482 770583. Ask for a Company Director. Reports will be handled sensitively and shared only with people who need to assess and respond. Do not send passwords, access tokens or unnecessary sensitive information.
Awareness and review
We provide information appropriate to people’s roles and review this policy at least annually and when material changes or concerns require it. The Company Directors own the policy. The next scheduled review is 7 October 2027.
