Life at Systech

Small enough to know you, ambitious enough to grow you

We're a small team of specialists, which means nobody gets lost in a crowd. You'll work directly with senior engineers, take real ownership early, and see the difference your work makes for clients.

We invest heavily in our people, funding Microsoft certifications, giving you time to learn, and backing you to take on new challenges. Every member of the team is a member of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, professional standards we hold ourselves to and fund as standard. If you're curious, conscientious and love solving problems, you'll fit right in.
